Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Items eligible for exchange must be unused, in their original, and in resalable condition.
  • Exchanges are typically allowed within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Some exclusions may apply, such as personalized or final sale items may not be eligible for exchange.

What Can You Exchange?

Damaged, Defective or Wrong products:

  • The product is not in working condition or has visible cuts, crushes, tears, broken parts, dents or scratches.
  • Products arrived with parts or accessories missing.
  • Product arrived in a different size or color than what was ordered.
  • Item does not match product description.

Important Notes:

  1. Customers are responsible for Return Shipping Costs unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our end.
  2. Exchanges are subject to the availability of the replacement item. In case the item is out of stock, a refund may be offered.
  3. Refunds are not provided for exchanges; only replacements are offered for the same item.
  4. Replacements will be shipped to the original delivery address.
