Exchange Process

  • Initiating an Exchange:
    • Customers wishing to exchange orders should contact our Customer Support team or initiate the exchange process through this link
    • Specify the reason for the exchange and provide the details including size, color, or variant, for the exchange.
  • Packing and Shipping:
    • Package the item being exchanged securely, ensuring it is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Shipping the Exchange:
    • Send the package via a selected shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx)
    • Tracking information will be provided to monitor the return shipment’s progress.
  • Processing and Confirmation:
    • Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure eligibility for exchange.
    • Once approved, the new item will be dispatched promptly, and you will receive confirmation of the exchange transaction.
