How to Initiate a Refund:

  • To request a refund, please contact our Customer Support team 
  • Provide the details of the item you wish to return and the reason for the refund request.
  • Return of Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation it came with. Obtain a return shipping label, if provided by us, to ship the item back to us.
  • Return Shipping: Use the designated shipping carrier to send the item back to us. You may be responsible for Return Shipping Costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Inspection and Approval: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our refund criteria. Once approved, we will initiate the refund process to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refund Issuance: Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. Please allow for additional processing time depending on your financial institution.
