How to Initiate a Return:

  • Visit our online returns portal at 
  • Enter your order number and email address associated with your purchase.
  • Enter the SKUs of the product you wish to return and the reason for return.

  • Select Return Reason: Indicate the reason for the return (e.g., wrong size, damaged item, defective product). Provide any additional details with the original picture of the product which you received that may help in processing your return.
  • Pack the Item: Safely package the item in its original packaging, if available, or use suitable packaging to protect the product during transit. Include any accessories, tags, or documentation that came with the item.
  • Ship the Return: Take the package to the designated shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) for return shipment. Note any specific instructions provided by the store for returning the item.
  • Track the Return: Use the tracking number provided to monitor the status of your return package. Keep an eye on the return’s progress to ensure it reaches the e-commerce store successfully.
  • Await Confirmation: Once the store receives your return package, they will typically inspect the item and process the return. You may receive a confirmation email once the return is accepted and the refund is initiated.
  • Receive Refund: Depending on our refund policy, you should expect to receive a refund to your original payment method within a specified timeframe. Monitor your account for the refund transaction.
  • Check Communication: Stay in touch with our customer support team if you have any questions or concerns about the return process. They can provide updates and assistance as needed.

NOTE: If the goods are damaged during transit or do not match the provided photograph, refunds or exchanges will not be issued.
